I WANT TO TALK ABOUT CHANGE—not the coins rattling in your purse or pocket gathering lint, but the kind we all experience differently. Some of us embrace it, some resist it, and others act like it doesn’t exist at all. You might say your relationship with change is a bit “complicated.”
We’ve all got our stories, don’t we? The time change turned our world upside down, the time it worked out for the best, the moments it caught us off guard, terrified us, gave us courage, or left us feeling completely overwhelmed. It’s no wonder it feels so complicated.
As humans, we tend to carry our past experiences with change into the present. But here’s the thing—we can shift how we feel about it. Change demands passion, energy, resilience, discipline, and focus… the list goes on.
We often forget that change means growth. It’s woven into our everyday lives—it’s inevitable.
Some people, especially those who've experienced positive transformations, actively seek out change, crediting it with their past success.
Can I invite you to THINK about this differently? Change isn’t just a quick fix for problems—it should be a regular part of your life and business, helping you continue to GROW.
We all know that a business standing still is actually falling behind, even when it’s doing well. It’s important to always be looking for ways to grow, improve, and evolve.
Learning HOW to embrace change is a critical business skill.
If you fall into the mindset that your systems are perfect, you might be tempted to hold off on making changes. But by doing that, you could end up needing bigger, riskier changes later, rather than making smaller, manageable adjustments over time.
That’s why we encourage you to make change a regular part of your routine. If you only change when things feel urgent, you might start thinking it’s the change itself that’s scary, leaving you feeling exposed.
But when change becomes part of your routine, it feels more familiar and manageable. We want you to see change as a way of nurturing your business—not something to fall back on when things are going wrong.
Now, take a moment and read that again.
If you’re tired of living in fear, putting off change until staying the same becomes more dangerous than adapting, this is for you. It’s time to JOIN us IN PERSON as we travel across the pond to work with you in LONDON!!
