What WILL I RECEIVE IF I JOIN THE ARISE COMMUNITY GROUP?

  • On the first Tuesday of every month at 2 pm EST, the group meets for a live zoom. We will teach a new idea and dive deep to bring the idea to life. This is not a lecture or boring informational webinar it is a discussion where the group ads thoughts, experiences and tips to help one another grow!

    We leave time to answer questions and personalize the experience for members.

    The calls are recorded if you happen to miss it and you have access to previous calls to keep learning.

    SMART goals where we created goals for the quarter, helped one another set realistic goals and actionable steps. We shared tips and techniques and encouraged one another to just start!

    Creating a Vision Map with a worksheet to help members step back “out of the trees to see the forest” and revisit their vision in 4 specific areas of team. If we know the vision we are creating we can see the business as a whole and the impact that is making which helps us reframe the small frustrations we may encounter along the way. When we know the vision we are creating we change the way we make decisions.

  • The Fishbowl is a term we created at MMC 1.0 Retreat when discussing a specific topic and someone had a burning question that was unrelated, but very important to answer.

    We asked them to write the question down and put it in the fishbowl.

    At the end of the retreat we spent time answering every question with insights and advice from everyone present.

    After hosting 8 additional retreats, the fishbowl is still a favorite piece of the weekend!

    We offer this same solution to our Arise Community asking them to email or comment with a question related or unrelated to the industry to add to the virtual fishbowl. We compile the questions over the month and then post a video answering them all!
