It goes without saying (but we’ll say it anyway) that Megan is truly passionate about helping business owners reach their professional and personal goals in life.
After mentoring and supporting both fledgling and well-established agencies over her 20+ years in the industry, Megan decided to commit her time and energies to helping as many agencies as she could and founded Megan Metzger Consulting (MMC).
She did so to provide the most clarity, direction, advice, resources, and tools available to agency owners (new and existing), but in a down-to-earth, honest approach that she’s become well-known for in her leadership and expert roles across the nanny industry.
